Manuel Olaya – Oasys MiniHollywood

The director Manuel Olaya continues his journey after the legendary success of the film ¨Arizona¨, being selected in more than 92 official competitions around the world; and is preparing his new film production INFORTUNIO, which he will record entirely at the Oasys MiniHollywood sets.

This new story will narrate the lives of three characters, counting on three big actors: Álex Navarro, José Varela and Pedro López.

The first recording sessions have begun to take place already, and the filming is expected to finish in mid-September 2021.

“Infortunio” will be a western drama in which the Manchego director Manuel Olaya will try to achieve even more success than with the previous ones.

This film has had a magnificent reception and rating in most of the competitions in which it has been presented. Taking into account selection and final ratings, the film has collected more than twelve international awards.

In addition, Manuel Olaya‘s western film short has been selected for the tenth edition of the Almería Western Film Festival, which will be held at Oasys MiniHollywood and Tabernas next week.
We hope that this Olaya production will obtain a similar recognition at the Almeriense contest. The collaboration between Oasys MiniHollywood and Manuel Olaya continues with a new film shot in different locations, including our film sets, which will be released in the coming months.
